Adobong Kangkong
Ingredients
- 1 cup Vinegar, Cider
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Rock Salt
- 1 kg. Water spinach|Kangkong, approximately
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup Pork, chopped
- 1 cup water
- Wash and drain Water spinach|Kangkong tops (use okra or green bean|string beans as substitutes).
- Sauté Garlic, Pepper, Onion & Pork until brown.
- Add water and simmer until meat is tender.
- Add water spinach|kangkong and soy.
- Add Vinegar when Water spinach|Kangkong is cooked.
